what does it include?
We start by playing and analysing games, exploring how systems work and can change. Then using this knowledge you'll develop short outlines for games inspired by the work you do.
The session uses games design as a way to approach systems analysis. Through designing games about your business, research, practice or industry, you're invited to consider the systems with it. Who are the players, what are the rules and obstacles? How do you win?
This might reveal better ways of navigating the systems you're part of, open up new ways to approach your work, and create opportunities for playful connection and communication across a team, or department.
